Who wants to go to a masquerade ball in art? Add a sense of mystery and bold artistic character to your space with this striking print by Sam Skelton. The artwork presents a powerful side profile of a masked figure, rendered with rich texture and contrast. A stark white mask frames a watchful eye, set against deep, shadowed tones, while vivid red lips and warm skin tones create a dramatic focal point. The figure’s dark, flowing hair blends into an abstract background of layered blues and blacks, adding depth and movement to the composition.
Hints of symbolic detailing and subtle patterning lend the piece an almost ceremonial or Gothic wall art quality, inviting interpretation and imagination. Both modern and timeless, this print stands out as compelling wall art - ideal for those drawn to bold, character-driven art and music. Whether you’re decorating your walls or even looking for ideas for New Year’s Eve decor, this fine art will elevate your space.
